Please note that the warranty on our products is not an insurance policy. It is there to cover genuine defects in our products. It does not cover faults that are the result of damage, product modifications, customer added software, or user error. Warranty repairs that meet our warranty conditions and are within the warranty time frame are free of charge. We can also provide assistance for out of warranty repairs at competitive prices on hardware and technician fees. So if you have damaged your device and want it fixed, please do give us a call and we can provide a quote on repairing your item.

 

Shipping cost

New Zealand

  • Delivered using Appliance Star Delivery Service and/or reputable New Zealand Logistics Companies.
  • A track and trace can be provided.
  • Signatures are required on these parcels.
  • In the event that your parcel does not arrive with 15 working days of placing the order, please notify us.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
